The location was awesome, all my favorite bars are around there. The Starbucks downstairs is a nice touch! The valet parking people went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, and help us park. Even going as far as having us follow him to the parking lot across the way so we wouldn’t get lost! Final note, we enjoyed our stay. It was sad to leave. The beds were so comfortable !! 10 out of 10!

The hotel is well located. The property felt safe and clean. The room was quiet, but I could hear the other rooms doors opening/closing. The gym was good, well ventilated and with a good selection of weights. I had a "breakfast included" option and received a lovely breakfast every morning from the café on the ground floor. Some staff members were very good.

The staff was incredible. Seriously, I haven’t met a more consistently nice group of people ever. From Joe to the gentleman who helped us with parking to the lovely red haired bartender, we were met with ultimate customer service. Whoever manages this hotel needs to tell their staff daily what a gem they are.
