Courtyard by Marriott Baton Rouge Downtown

The hotel is well located. The property felt safe and clean. The room was quiet, but I could hear the other rooms doors opening/closing. The gym was good, well ventilated and with a good selection of weights. I had a "breakfast included" option and received a lovely breakfast every morning from the café on the ground floor. Some staff members were very good.

Hotel is great, as expected big, super comfortable room. Staff are pro. Lobby is great you can hang out and watch sports on the big screen. It is kind of a fun vibe. My price was very good on the weekend.

The staff was incredible. Seriously, I haven’t met a more consistently nice group of people ever. From Joe to the gentleman who helped us with parking to the lovely red haired bartender, we were met with ultimate customer service. Whoever manages this hotel needs to tell their staff daily what a gem they are.

Staff was extremely helpful and helpful especially Mr Alex who works in Valet he was great gave us great places to eat at

The location was great for access to the freeway. The valet staff was friendly, especially Mr. Alex and Mr. Sam. The front staff and housekeeping were helpful .
